We are looking for mortgage brokers in north and central Florida to either work through the main branch located in Tampa, Florida or open up a satellite branch near you.

We are also looking to open a branch near Huntsville, Alabama, central Mississippi and southern Tennessee. We have a wide variety of residential and commercial mortgage products to promote, including Conforming, Alt A, Sub-prime, Hard Money, Private, Construction, Reverse, VA, second mortgage fixed rates and Lines of Credits. Licensed in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and soon to be Tennessee and North Carolina.

Lender Guidelines, processing, and closing support are available. LP and DU approved. Some leads can be provided.

We focus on purchase business through realtors and customers referrals. We specialize in providing investors the most creative and advantageous financial advise for a long term hold.
