I have over fourteen years experience in
several aspects of the mortgage industry,
including underwriting. For the past eleven
years, I have focused on investor loans.
Several years ago, I decided to open my
company so I can have an office environment
devoted to providing investor friendly
financing. We focus on the increasing
detailed guidelines involved with processing
mortgages on rental properties. I negotiate
with several lenders for volume discounts
for my investor clients to lower their
rates. In addition, I spend countless hours
comparing lenders guidelines and pricing
then mixing and matching loan programs
between first and second mortgages to create
the lowest rate and best term program
available for your income verification type
and down payment.
Not only am I a mortgage broker, I’m a real
estate broker and an investor for over six
years. My first investment purchase was a
commercial strip center when I was 27 years
old. Commercial real estate is my favorite!
In addition, I have acquired several
waterfront and single-family residential
properties along with large acreages of
timber and farmland. I personally manage all
these properties so I know first hand, the
daily experiences with running a real estate
portfolio. This experience has allowed me to
learn the hurdles and create the solutions
to minimize the risks in the future. My
investor clients benefit from this
experience. Not only are my clients getting
a mortgage broker specializing in investor
financing, they get an experience investor
with a successful but diverse real estate
portfolio. |

for over twenty years with a wide range of
experience within the industry. I handle
taking your loan application information
over the phone or by e-mail. Once our office
receives your loan application, I will
review your income and asset documents and
present it in the best truthful light for
the underwriter and make sure your file
meets the program requirements for a quick
approval with minimal conditions. |

For over five years, I have worked
closely with Tica opening and closing
investor mortgage loans. I handle
coordinating the appraiser, title agency,
property insurance company, realtors,
builders, borrowers and lenders during the
mortgage process. Since most of our clients
are spread throughout the United States and
abroad, most of all our closing are “mail
aways” so I pay special attention to the
closing end and making sure the last minutes
details of closing are handled timely for a
smooth closing. |

Earl Kunke
For over ten years, I have been a
professional within the mortgage industry as
a wholesale representative for national
lenders and as a loan originator. As a
lender representative, I gained first hand
experience on how wholesale lenders and our
secondary market (Fannie Mae and Wall
Street) operates on a daily basis. As a loan
originator, I guided applicants that ranged
from first time homebuyers to savvy
investors both through commercial and
residential arena in a fast pace growing
market. Both these positions have given a
unique blend of mortgage knowledge and
negotiation skills to help my clients obtain
the best rates and services. I believe
passionately in my abilities to help those
